A charming property in Speyside that is within walking distance of all local amenities. A home away from home that the whole family will enjoy.

Situated on a quiet residential road just a short walk into the town centre, this property is a fantastic base from which to explore Speyside and Moray. Aberlour has all of the local amenities you will need during your stay, including many cafes, gift shops and restaurants. Whisky lovers will be delighted with the number of distilleries within easy reach – including Macallan, Glenfiddich, Aberlour and Dalmunach. There are numerous walking trails within close proximity of the house too, including a short trail that leads to Linn Falls, and a forest walk through Anagach Woods. Keen hill walkers can tackle the nearby Corbett - Ben Rinnes - and there is also The Speyside Way, an eighty mile path along the Moray coastline.

Access to the property is via the first floor, from a set of steps at ground level. The property is all on one level throughout. The lounge is bright and welcoming, and contains a TV/DVD and sumptuous sofas around a coffee table – one of which is a sofa bed, ideal for children within the group. Leading on from the lounge is the dining room, which can comfortably seat six people. Both the lounge and dining room have patio doors that lead out to the balcony that runs across the length of the house, making it the perfect spot to sit and enjoy breakfast on a beautiful sunny morning. The kitchen is large and contains an electric Range oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a small snug area at one end of the kitchen with TV and patio doors that lead out to the back garden. There is also a utility area with a washer/dryer. Each of the three double bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and contain ample wardrobe space. The master double room has an en-suite shower and WC. Completing the property is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

The large, open garden at the rear of the property is laid to lawn and comes down to a slight slope at the gable end. The garden also contains garden furniture, which is great for alfresco dining during the warm summer evenings. Parking is on the gravel driveway for a maximum of three cars – please note that the double garage pictured on the ground level of the house is not available for guest use.
