Brixham itself is renowned for its pretty harbour, a perfect spot for enjoying water sports or trying your hand at crabbing, offering a choice of beach and coastal walks, and boasting an open air sea water lido at Shoalstone. Surrounding this is an assortment of colourful cottages housing seafood restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. Head out and explore the rest of the English Riviera – you can discover an abundance of sandy beaches, take the foot ferry to Dartmouth or Torquay, or say hello to the resident seals or go dolphin-spotting. If an active holiday is more your style then there are plenty of things to keep you busy ranging from golf, fishing, walking, kayaking and cycling. Other attractions within easy reach include Dartmoor National Park, Berry Head nature reserve, Brixham Fish Market (England’s largest), Paignton Zoo, Kents Cavern, Plymouth and Exeter.

Step inside this stunning coastal home and you will firstly find yourself in a lovely light and spacious lounge with original stone walling and feature fireplace. This fabulous space boasts a comfortable sofa sat in front of a Smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player (a selection of Blu-rays and DVDs are provided) and a bay window. At the other end of this room, there is a beautiful full-height window and window seat with views over the harbour. You can relax in style here in the comfy sofa whilst soaking up the scenery or playing some family games (a selection is provided). Descending the stairs to the lower ground level takes you to a beautifully contemporary open-plan kitchen/diner. This sociable space provides a great venue for relaxed family meals and the inclusion of a stable door leading to the outside terrace means that you can dine alfresco with ease when the weather permits, or just enjoy the fresh coastal air at other times. The kitchen itself is also perfectly appointed and includes a great range of cooking equipment, features and appliances such as an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a washer/dryer. The dining area has seating for all, around the extending oak dining table, and includes a Smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar for everyone to enjoy. Also located on this floor is a handy additional separate WC and access to an outside storage room for wetsuits and wellies. Venturing back up to the first floor you will then discover the first of the beautiful bedrooms, a pretty double bedroom with views over to the harbour, and then a cosy bunk bedroom (small double with single over) with a bay window. Located next to these rooms is a lovely contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Finally, and completing the offering inside the property, is a gorgeous and airy master king-size bedroom which is located in the second-floor loft space. It has been lovingly styled and boasts a characterful sloping ceiling, instant hot water dispenser for tea and coffee, and harbour views.

Located outside and to the rear of the property off the kitchen/diner, there is an enclosed south facing decked area with a selection of sleek and comfy garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. With views across the town to the harbour and Torbay beyond, you can relax here in the sun or just enjoy pre-dinner drinks with a view. Roadside parking can be found in nearby roads, subject to availability, and Oxon cove car park is located a short stroll away.

Excellent place to stay. As described at the top of the hill so quite a few steps to walk but we aware of that. Excellent location as have a couple of lovely coves nearby. Good size rooms and everything you need is provided.

Wonderful property in a great location. Clean and comfortable but note that accommodation is over 4 floors, stairs are steep and would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Super property, very tastefully decorated and awesome modern kitchen. [Website pics don't do it justice]. Steep stairs were an issue as we took our 13yr old chihuahua so I had to block stairs and bannisters to keep her safe. Very comfy beds. We parked at longstay car park and used ferry and bus to get about (although Brixham itself was stunning). Location its best feature and Brixham delightful. Overall a lovely terrace house but in need of spring clean & a few things fixing or replacing eg chopping board for meat, baking trays, kitchen bin. Otherwise very cosy & comfy. We were unlucky to have building going on next door-thankfully respectful of no drilling before 9am & although friendly, aRead moret times they were intrusive when on the terrace. Take extra kitchen supplies with you eg tea towels, washing up bits & a fan for the attic its hot. Hide

Ser A Mor is a fantastic property very well appointed, well positioned and very comfortable. Super to have the deck off the kitchen which we really made use of especially in the mornings when it was at its sunniest. Didn't find parking a problem and it was easy to pull up outside the house to unload / load the car. Such a good position near to the Read moreshops, harbour and the Manor pub which my pooch insisted on dragging me into :-) Luck with the weather so got to do lots of walking and sea dips. Hide
