This stylish apartment is in a superb location overlooking Tenby North Beach. Just half a mile from the town centre, which is traffic-free during July and August, you’ll never be short of things to do with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to try out. Kids will love the Dinosaur Park (3 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (11 miles) which both offer fun days out, while more sedate groups might prefer Colby Woodland Garden (8.5 miles). Amroth Beach (8 miles) and Pendine Sands (19 miles) are worth visiting if you fancy a change of scenery, but the imposing Goskar Rock jutting out of the sand in the middle of the bay on North Beach is a sight that not many people will get sick of.
As you head up to the seventh and top floor of the building via the stairs or lift, you’ll enter the apartment through the front door into a small hallway and through to the open-plan living area. Trendy yellow, blue and grey tones complement the views out of the huge windows across the beach; sit and enjoy your morning coffee sat on the sofas looking out, or head out to the balcony. The dining table sits by the doors to the balcony offering views of lush greenery and Carmarthen Bay beyond and there’s a sofa to retire to after your meal. Cook up a storm among sleek units and dark worktops in the kitchen; you’ll find an electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher as well as a washing machine. There’s also wonderful views of open countryside from the kitchen window, so you might not mind washing up! The peaceful double bedroom faces the sea. In the second bedroom there are bunk beds along with a single bed, making it the perfect room for children. An inviting bathroom with coastal tones has a shower over the bath and an immersion heater.
Outside the property you will find a shared lawn and across the road from the apartment building there is a delightful public landscaped garden with steps that lead down to North Beach. There is usually space for one car per property in the car park (permit issued by the caretaker), but this isn’t guaranteed; at busy times you may need to find on-street parking nearby or use the public car park half a mile away (300 metres on foot).
