Close to a sandy beach and occupying a quiet spot close to the heart of Tenby, this light and refreshing second-floor apartment offers sea views and makes a lovely holiday base for a couple or family.

Situated along Carmarthen Bay, the flourishing seaside resort of Tenby is steeped in history, with its numerous listed buildings, Victorian island fort, Tudor Merchant’s House and medieval walls encircling the town. Tenby is also home to four stunning beaches, three golf courses and a fabulous array of great places to eat and drink. Activities in the town include water sports, sea fishing, boat trips to Caldey Island or following the coastal path. The quieter coastal village of Saundersfoot is to the north (3.5 miles), with the picturesque town of Pembroke inland (10 miles). Other popular local attractions include Manor Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Oakwood Theme Park (all within 10.5 miles).

 

Heading up to the second floor of the building, an entrance hall leads you into the inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Tastefully decorated in light tones, the lounge is an ideal space to unwind in at the end of a great day, complete with plenty of comfortable seating, a TV and big bay windows with a side view of the beach. The dining area is ideal for a family meal which you can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Exploring the apartment further, there are two bedrooms. The first is a charming double room with a TV/DVD and its own en-suite shower room. There’s also a lovely bunk bedroom perfect for children. The property also has an additional shower room with shower and WC.

 

Stepping outside, the apartment is ideally situated in a side street off the Esplanade with easy access to the beautiful sands of South Beach. The town centre, with its bustling range of restaurants, cafes and pubs, is less than half a mile away. A large car park is nearby (about 150 metres), with roadside parking also available.

Great apartment with everything you need and only a five minute walk from both the sea and town. Public carpark within two minutes - speak to the staff to get a weeks ticket sorted. Coastal walks, beautiful beaches, pubs and restaurants. Some restaurants take bookings, others don't but we never had a problem. Pembroke Castle is well worth a visit.

Lovely well equipped apartment in a great location. There are quite a lot os stairs which wasnt a problem for us but could be for some guests. Would definitely stay there again.

Brilliant flat, very clean and nicely decorated, great to have towels provided too. There were two of us both females, and one of us had the double bed, the other used the bottom bunk. Beds so comfortable. We cooked some meals, and had everything to hand that was needed, very well stocked with utensils, white goods etc. Fab little place in a great Read morelocation, we were very impressed and would definitely book again. Great to be so close to the beach and to be able to see the sea from our window. Hide
