A bright and comfortable ground-floor apartment, perfect for small families and couples seeking an ideally situated holiday property close to the centre of the beautiful seaside resort of Tenby.

This delightful ground-floor apartment is located in a handy spot close to Tenby’s railway station and within easy reach of the town’s many great places to eat and drink. Enclosed by medieval town walls, Tenby has plenty of historic sites to explore including the Tudor Merchant’s House, the picturesque harbour, the Victorian Fort on St Catherine’s Island, and the remains of Tenby Castle. The town has four beautiful sandy beaches, all within a mile, and offers a range of activities including water sports, boat trips to Caldey Island and sea fishing. Also nearby is Tenby Golf Club, with other attractions including Dinosaur Park Tenby (2.5 miles), Oakwood Theme Park (10 miles) and the pretty seaside village of Saundersfoot (3 miles).

On entering this inviting holiday property, you will find yourself in the spacious and tastefully furnished open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfortable seating, double glazing and laminated flooring, the attractive lounge makes an ideal space to read a good book or watch a favourite show on TV. The dining area is nicely situated in a cosy alcove, making it a great spot for enjoying a family meal which you can prepare in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Exploring the apartment further, you will find the two bedrooms: a light and airy double bedroom, and a snug triple room with a single bed and a set of bunk beds, perfect for children. The property also features a shower room complete with a shower and WC.

The apartment is just a few hundred metres from a useful car park, and is within easy reach of a fantastic variety of popular restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A tired, worn look to the place, belying the look in the photos. In need of some tlc to at least spruce up the (1970s ?) conversion. Handy location but this road is quite noisy with traffic using it to bypass the busy town. We were warned about no towels (but this includes Tea towels and bath mat) AND no toilet rolls!! All a bit mean. Oddments of cRead morerockery and worn cheap cutlery. Altogether down market. This was our only unsatisfactory let through Holiday Cottages. Hide

Handy location - short walk via Station Rd to beach. Also close to train station. Enjoyed our week at Hilton Retreat.
