For walkers, you can enjoy the countryside and well-waymarked paths from your front door to include Wentwood, the largest ancient woodland in Wales. For cyclists, you can take advantage of the National Cycling Route (42) which runs past the house. The area is also rich in heritage, with many castles including Goodrich, Monmouth, and Raglan, and numerous beautiful churches including the ancient Kilgwrrwg and the remains of the stunning Tintern Abbey, just a short drive away.
