A fantastic update to a 19th century property. The thick stone walls are an absolutely blessing in weather like 2022's heatwave, while the facilities are firmly 21st century. If you're a confirmed city dweller, do be warned that the nearest pub is a mile away along a country road with no pavement, and the nearest shop is somewhat further, so you maRead morey need to check the bus timetable in advance. But with that comes clean air, fantastic views over the Severn Estuary, and loads of wildlife. Hide

This is our second stay in Earlswood School House and it was just as wonderful this time. Ideally situated to explore south wales and such a wonderful peaceful location. The cottage is exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean and Simon was so helpful with any questions we had. Looking to book our third visit soon!

This was such a great cottage. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect base to explore the local countryside with some great walks close to the cottage. Using the log burner on a couple of the colder evenings was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for a great week.

The cottage was fantastic. Really well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfy beds and a cosy atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful scenery and views, and lots of amazing walks. Plenty of room for our 2 secondary school age children and our labrador. We loved it so much, we have already booked for next year.
