The cottage is within easy reach of the nearby towns of Margate with the recently restored Dreamland theme park and Turner Contemporary Gallery, Ramsgate – where you can watch the sailing boats moor up in the Marina – and the historic City of Canterbury known for great shopping and Canterbury Cathedral. For keen walkers and cyclists is a wide range of cycle and footpaths on the doorstep, making this is the perfect base for couples and families looking to escape it all.

Enter the hallway where you can drop your coats and shoes and head into the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge boasts comfy seating (including sofa bed), a Smart TV and a dining table with benches to enjoy a meal together along with stunning Bi-fold doors out onto the courtyard. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Just off the hall is a utility room housing a washer/dryer, and access to the garden along with a separate WC.
