Buxton is a Victorian spa and festival town, with the property situated within very easy walking distance of an array of shops, pubs and restaurants and the myriad of the Peak District footpaths to discover. Take a walk up to the famous Kinder Scout or enjoy a low-level amble around the beautiful Ladybower reservoir which is a sight. This property is perfectly located to explore the cultural pleasures such as the Devonshire Dome which is a street away, or head to the Opera House, visit Buxton Museum, stroll through the majestic Pavilion Gardens, take a spa treatment at the famous Grade 1 listed Crescent Hotel or fill your bottle from St Ann’s Well’s constantly-flowing 28°C natural spring water.

Tucked away in the depths of Buxton you will find your home away from home. This property is all you need for a cracking family trip. The lounge offers comfort and space aplenty with a large corner sofa and two-seater sofa all set around the electric fire and smart TV. What more could you ask for an evening in? The kitchen/diner is the heart of the house and a chef’s dream with plenty of worktop space to get the whole family involved. You will find a range cooker with two electric ovens, a grill and five-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Just before you head up to the first floor is the utility room with washing machine and plenty of drying space. There is also a WC and cloakroom to hang your coats after a walk around the Victorian Corbar Woods at the end of the road. On the first floor, we have a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite with walk-in shower and WC. There is also a double and single room along with a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside you will find a patio area with seating to enjoy a lovely evening under the stars. There is private parking for at least two cars.

Bluebell House is a lovely, warm, comfortable and well equipped property to stay in for a holiday. It was immaculately clean and the hosts had left a welcome pack and fresh flowers which were much appreciated. The property is in an excellent location within an easy 10 minute walk (down) to Buxton. We gave this property full marks.

Beautiful and very spacious house about a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Immaculately clean and very well presented. Kitchen very well equipped, bathrooms lovely, great showers, beds very comfortable. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Buxton and surrounding area great to explore.

Really lovely house. Tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Lots of thoughtful touches. Great location for the town. Used train and buses so husband only drove once during the week of our stay. Many really good pubs and restaurants locally.

Bluebell House is brilliant, extremely well equipped and in an excellent location in Buxton, just 5 minutes walk to the Pavilion Gardens, same to lots of eateries and only a little further to two supermarkets. We had a great time exploring the Peak.

A beautiful cottage in an excellent location. We enjoyed a wonderful week in the Peak District in this central location. A good selection of restaurants and bars a 5 minute walk away. Would particularly recommend St Moritz, Simply Thai and La Gaby Pizzeria in town.

A delightful property in an ideal location for exploring Buxton and the wonderful countryside close by. It was a treat to be able to walk out to different restaurants each evening and eat extremely well t relatively modest prices.
