Located in a wonderful spot on the east coast of Norfolk, the property is close to some fantastic walks on the doorstep and two food-led pubs. It is a short drive to the traditional seaside resort of Cromer which provides a fantastic family day out, whether it’s for great fish and chips, or to enjoy an evening show at the theatre located on the pier. From the beach itself you can see Mundesley and Happisburgh, so why not take a stroll to both and take in the sea breeze? Wroxham, the gateway to the Norfolk Broads, is also only a short distance away from where you can hire a boat for the day and explore the stunning waterways, as well as enjoy an array of eateries, retail therapy and historic architecture.
Upon entering this seaside bungalow through the front door, you arrive in the open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge has a large sofa and armchair which surround the flame-effect electric fire and provide the perfect spot to sit and watch and stream your favourite show on the Smart TV. The dining table has enough seating for five guests, so if you do have a visitor stay for dinner there is enough space at the table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a washing machine and a fridge with ice compartment. Access to the back garden is available from the front of the property or via the conservatory, which as well as boasting two comfortable sofas, you can also see glimpses of the sea just to remind you of how close you really are to the beach. There are two bedrooms, both of which are double rooms and have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The wet room has a shower, WC and is wheelchair accessible with grab rails.
The outside area is enclosed and has a raised decking area with enough table and chairs for some al fresco dining, and the chef of the group will no doubt make the best use of the gas BBQ provided. There is private off-road parking to the front of the property for up to two cars.
