This beautifully finished red brick barn offers a contemporary style and is great for couples wanting to explore the vibrant market towns and breathtaking Worcestershire hills and countryside.

Windmill Hill is a peaceful cluster of cottages and farm buildings surrounded by breathtaking countryside; you can enjoy walks from your front door along with a visit to the neighbouring village where they have a local inn. Here you can make the most of both the Cotswolds and the Worcestershire countryside, take a trip to the Malvern Hills or explore some of the many Cotswolds towns and villages. There is a good local network of footpaths, bridleways and lanes that are perfect for walking and cycling. The unspoilt market town of Pershore on the banks of the Avon with its Georgian architecture is a short drive and boasts a magnificent abbey and lovely boutique-style shops surrounded by countryside.

The barn is detached and situated within the grounds of the owner’s home. The front door gives access to a small lobby where you can leave boots and coats behind after a busy day. The ground floor offers open-plan living space with exposed brick and woodwork which is complemented with a contemporary twist. The lounge area is perfect for relaxing, with a sofa and armchair that front the wood burner and TV. The kitchen/dining area has been finished with a contemporary style. There is an island where you can sit to enjoy a simple supper along with a well-equipped kitchen that offers a electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility area with washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with double walk-in shower and WC. When the day is done, climb the stairs to the bedroom which is within the eaves; here you can enjoy a good night’s rest in the double bed.

The annex was really spacious, warm, comfortable and well equipped. It is situated in a convenient location for exploring the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills. A good place to stay for visiting the RHS Malvern Spring Flower Festival or Autumn Show. The Wifi and Sky TV were a great bonus.

Nice cottage, downstairs was lovely. Nice sofa, sitting room. Bathroom and shower very nice. Kitchen has everything we needed. However the bed was a double rather than king, so a bit short. There was a cockerel which woke us up each day. Also it is really near to a road, so depending on what your used to you may find it a little noisy (cars go quieRead moreter fast along this stretch) Hide

What a lovely stay. The annex was so well presented, homely and incredibly clean. Everything looked freshly painted and brand new! TV is great, so is the outdoor seating area. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and dark. Only downfall is the roosters....they woke us up each morning between 5:45am - 6:30am so there wasn't any chance of a lie in! A stunning property, well furnished with delightful use of exposed brickwork columns, and gable ends together with exposed timber beams made it an excellent place to stay.
