Located in Middleton on Sea, a pretty Sussex village on the coast that offers plenty of relaxation and family entertainment, with a good array of independent shops restaurants, cafes and pubs. The property is located directly on the beach so is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is close to the South Downs, a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, cycling and horse riding, and just a short drive from the Goodwood estate which hosts numerous motor sports, horse racing, golf and shooting events throughout the year. Nearby is the historical city of Chichester, which is home to the cathedral, Arundel Castle and Petworth House, home to one of the finest National Trust art collections.

Step into the spacious hallway, which guides you through to the light and airy contemporary kitchen/Dining room. This is well-equipped with an electric oven and a gas hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine(nespresso), dishwasher, microwave and a large breakfast bar, a sociable place to gather for morning coffee or to chat whilst dinner is prepared. The dining table seats 8 easily and is ideal for family meals.  There is a separate utility room with washer dryer and a drinks fridge. The kitchen leads into the spacious lounge which is the perfect space to entertain. Relax in front of the wood burner on the large comfy corner sofa. There is a smart TV/DVD player in the lounge or teenagers can keep themselves amused in the separate TV /play room, off the hall, there is also a downstairs shower room and WC.  There is a pool table in the garage. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are four bedrooms.  The sumptuous master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate shower and WC, and your own balcony from which to admire the wonderful sea views. There are three other bedrooms,  including  two doubles and a room with bunk beds suitable for 3/4 children.  Also, on the first floor there is a family bathroom with roll top bath separate shower and WC.

Outside, relax on the decking with outdoor dining tables and sofa seating areas to enjoy the outdoor life. Venture out onto the beach via your own personal access through a gate at the end of the garden (pathway to the sea). There is also an old style summerhouse in the garden for quiet relaxation. Finish off the day with a family BBQ and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine relaxing at the patio table and chairs. There is private parking for up to four cars.  Electric car charger available (free of charge for 2021)

Superb location right on the coast. Lovely big rooms. Cosy with the fire. Very helpful owners.
