This lovingly converted farm building is set in the tranquil countryside of Ceredigion, ideal for exploring both the stunning coastline and the spectacular mountains of mid-Wales.

This lovely cottage is set in the breath-taking rolling countryside near Aberystwyth and the Cambrian Mountains. Surrounded by working farmland, this is an ideal base for enjoying a get away from it all holiday. The seaside town of Aberystwyth is just a few miles away, and features a beautiful beach, pier and funicular railway as well as an array of facilities including plenty of places to eat and drink. Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest has an excellent visitor centre and is perfect for beautiful woodland walks, stunning views and the Red Kite feeding centre. A little over ten miles away, you will find magnificent beaches and you can also take the opportunity to see the remnants of the submerged forest at Borth.
 

On entering this charming single-level farm building conversion you will find yourself in the pretty and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With traditional exposed beams, the lounge is an ideal space to relax in, complete with TV and DVD. You will find an attractively situated dining area, and the elegantly designed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer. Exploring this lovely property further, you will find two cosy and comfy bedrooms, each with TV. There’s a double room and a single bedroom. You will also find a shower room complete with WC.
 

Stepping outside, you can relax and sit back in the enclosed garden with lawn and patio area with seating. This leads down into grounds which are shared with the other properties on-site, including a children’s play area. (Maybe subject to changes in access to shared areas due to social distancing measures) You will also have access to your own private hot tub.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Had a fab time away and Gareth was full of great local knowledge for where to visit/places to eat out. Coming back to a lovely private hot tub at the end of the day was the icing on the cake. Will def be visiting again as the location is stunning!!

Wonderful cottage , warm and cosy with all the facilities you could need. Amazing hot tub where you can appreciate the views while relaxing. What a beautiful place and beautiful surroundings. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming. Lots of feedback from other people who had stayed there recommending places to visit. The owners were super lovely. Showed us how to work the hot tub & if we needed anything else to contact them. Perfect location we went out every day & the furthest we travelled was 29 minutes. Great enclosed garden for dogs.
