The Wolds scenery is breathtaking with rolling chalk hills and valleys, situated south of the North Yorkshire Moors, another spot perfect for picnics and a favourite with the artist David Hockney. In the spring and summertime, the cliffs at Bempton host important numbers of breeding seabirds which is only a short drive away. The popular seaside towns of Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough are close by, why not take a tour of one of the local lighthouses or enjoy a trip to sea on an old fishing cobble? Venture slightly further afield and you can discover Beverley Minster and the historic city of York.

Walk through to the open-plan kitchen area, with all the appliances you could need to rustle up a hearty meal, with an electric hob/oven, fridge, dishwasher and chest freezer. Enjoy your meal at the dining table over a well-deserved glass of wine. Located beside the kitchen, is a handy utility room with a washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a spacious twin bedroom (can be a super-king-size zip-and-link bed on request) and an en-suite wet room with a shower and WC. Head upstairs to the first floor and unwind in the lounge on the large red, corner sofa and pick a film to watch on the wall-mounted TV.
