This stylish villa-style property is the ideal base for a family to park up and enjoy Swanage on foot. Enjoy views over Swanage Bay as well as easy access to Durlston Country Park and many amenities.

The traditional coastal town of Swanage draws many visitors for good reason. There is a popular sandy beach and a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and amusements to try. Backed by rolling hills this location offers the best of both countryside and coast, with many walking routes weaving through the verdant landscape. Nearby attractions include Durlston Country Park, Studland and Corfe Castle, which is home to castle ruins cared for by the National Trust and accessible by steam train from Swanage station. The South West Coast Path is within easy reach, or head further inland to Monkey World and the Tank Museum for a fun-filled day out.

This terraced, reverse-layout property sits in a tranquil spot elevated to the east of the town centre. A private entrance door leads into an inner hallway with a utility area, with a washer/dryer and a separate WC. A flight of stairs leads from here to the first floor where you can find the two bedrooms. The first is a pretty double with an en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. Just opposite is a triple room, with a single bed and bunk beds. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC. A further winding set of stairs leads to the second floor and the living accommodation. There is a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wonderful sea views across the rooftops opposite. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is space to dine and a comfortable lounge area with TV.

A balcony with seating for two leads directly from the lounge area and has sea views. The property has use of a shared garden with flower beds, lawn, benches and lovely views of the bay, which can be found a short stroll from the property. Beneath the property are two covered off-road parking spaces.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

My wife and I had a lovely week at this property, everything you would need was provided. It was comfortable spacious and in a great location next to the harbour. Would definitely book again. Keith and Pam

An amazing property that has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect with access to the coastal path on the doorstep and a couple of minutes walk to either Swanage town or the peaceful headland. Dedicated, undercover parking is a huge bonus. We had a lovely stay in Swanage with our black lab. The house was lovely and in a fabulous location right near the town and about a minute's walk from the South West Coast path. We will definitely be back again!

This property is situated in a good location - close to Peveril Point and in walking distance to Swanage town centre. It is very well equipped, with pretty much anything you would need being available. There are nice views of the sea from the lounge and kitchen. Wed stay here again.

Lovely property, nice extra touches with tea/coffee/biscuits/jam and plenty of hand gel! Great location to with very easy access to lovely walks and Swanage town centre and beach. We would definitely recommend.
