This really is a fantastic property for a holiday in South West Cornwall. Nearby Cadgwith has an array of amenities, including a pub, shops and a restaurant, or travel a short way to Porthleven or Helston for a wider choice. The immediate area is renowned for having one of the best climates in England. Head towards the coast and visit traditional Cornish villages such as Mullion, the breath-taking Kynance Cove or St Michaels Mount at Marazion. Attractions within easy reach include The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Lands End and the Tate Gallery at St Ives, to name just a few.

Step in through the beautiful shared courtyard and head into the welcoming and light entrance to an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you’ll need including an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave so create a romantic meal after a day of exploring. Sit at the dining table for brunch whilst you plan your day ahead. The lounge area has a very comfy sofa so cosy up in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The modern and stylish bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC, the ideal place to unwind after a long day exploring the various walks nearby. Upstairs, the vaulted ceilings with balcony are absolutely stunning. There’s a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with plenty of room to laze in your surroundings.

From the living space, doors open up onto the garden with lawn and patio, perfect for dining al fresco on a summers evening, complete with charcoal BBQ. The garden is perfect for relaxing in and is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs. In the communal courtyard, there are several borders with shrubs and you will find fresh herbs in the planter. A dedicated parking space is directly next to the courtyard.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bruggan Barn. Sarah & James have thought of everything and the cottage is lovely. The cove of Cadgwith is great and there always seemed to be something going on. The locals are very welcoming and friendly. It was also a great base to enjoy the South West Coast with its breathtaking views. We really enjoy walking so oRead morenly used the car once in the week we were there to visit St Michaels Mount - the rest of the time we were on foot! Definitely a place to visit! Hide

It was amazing, the cottage was absolutely beautiful and In a very peaceful setting and we've never felt so relaxed. We met the cottage and farm owner Sarah who was lovely and made us a wonderful piece of cake and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend this place, not one bad word too say.

The barn was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The shower was excellent, and a lovely huge comfy bed, with decent linen on it! Sarah is lovely, welcoming , and anything we needed she was there. Chanel loved the enclosed garden, and its a good location to get around to some lovely places. We had a lovely holiday in Chy Kerrik on the Lizard Peninsula. The cottage is very comfortable - we enjoyed the amazing walks along the coast and cosy nights in by the log burner. Our hosts were very welcoming and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.

The cottage is beautifully presented, clean, tidy and with everything you need for a relaxing week away. The hosts are welcoming and helpful, letting us know what was on in the village and the surrounding area. Hopefully we will return.

Fabulous!! Chy Kerrik is a gem - a wonderful barn conversion which is spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean. Lovely treats on arrival, fresh flowers, delicious cake, milk and dog treats. The superkingsize bed is a dream and the property is extremely dog-friendly.
