Period cottage providing a beautiful retreat for four guests, situated on the southern edge of the Lake District National Park, with easy access to many destinations.

Set in the historic town of Old Hutton this cottage offers everything you need for your break. Kendal is only a short distance away and has a rich heritage along with plenty of shops and eateries to choose from. The vibrant town of Windermere is nearby and is a great place to enjoy the many cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shops. Kirkby Lonsdale is not far away and boasts a range of eateries, pubs, and bespoke shops. Head to the Lyth Valley with its natural tranquillity and great walking, you will be spoiled by the choice of gastro pubs and restaurants in the immediate area and is only a few miles away.

Once you step into this traditional Lakeland cottage you will feel relaxed and ready for your holiday. Sit and enjoy a night in front of the TV with the wood burner on while sitting on the sofa in the lounge. There is also a dining table and chairs for those feasts any time of the day. Up to two steps, we arrive in the kitchen with great space and perfect for your four-legged friends to chill after a day exploring. There is an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Head up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom. The bathroom offers plenty of natural light with shower over bath and WC.

Outside there is a lawned area to the front and then a seating area out the back which has a walk straight from it. There is bike storage available and roadside parking (subject to availability).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
