As you approach this hilltop property up the driveway you can’t help but turn around and marvel at the clear and truly special views of Cromer town and further views out to the sea. You have a large Smart TV and bi-fold doors panning the width of the lounge with those magical views providing a wonderful backdrop so gather around with friends and family and relax while looking out to Cromer. Leading off from the large lounge is the first bedroom with a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin upon request), and the room has a very tasteful en-suite shower room with WC. Down the hallway and past the front door you will arrive at the open-plan kitchen/diner, the kitchen replicates a home from home feel with its electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher complete with brilliant sea views from the windows. The dining area has a table along with eight chairs to enjoy a light snack or a full meal with loved ones and discuss the adventures ahead. We had a lovely family holiday in this cottage. It is very spacious with comfortable beds and very clean on arrival. Great location only a ten minute walk down the hill to the pier/beachfront. Lovely private garden aswel to sit and play a few games etc.

Lovely place, very clean. High standard of accommodation with very comfortable beds and bedding. There were a few small niggles which could be improved - things like the smell of dog and one of the bathroom fans not working. But in general we were completely happy with the house. Its in an excellent location (but do watch out for the steep gravel dRead moreriveway) with everything you could possibly need. The garden is also lovely and theres woodland to walk in behind the house. Hide
