Wonderful home from home to allow us to experience the beautiful North Devon Coast. The home was well equipped, clean and just the right amount of space. The location of the house was a little tricky but due to other road users not respecting the clear signs that the carpark is not to be used as a turning space. But with a little patience all was wRead moreell. It was an easy walk into Ilfracombe sea front and harbour area a little more tricky back as it was up a steep hill but worth it. Hide

What a lovely place to stay at. A few minutes walk from all the local amenities, a good sized parking space at the front and so well set up. It was as clean as a new pin and very comfortable. Tv had Netflix which was perfect for nights in. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend seas the day to anyone going to IlfraRead morecombe, you will not be disappointed. Hide

Ilfracombe has some pleasant & maintained areas - mainly the harbour & theatre area. The main high street is sadly a very different story. It is unkempt, filthy & with a level of dog dirt Ive never seen. It was frequented by people with obvious drug/drink issues. The property is just off this street with a motorbike repair business to the side of iRead moret. If you want to sit outside you look onto a car park & area where everyone who comes up the street turns around. House was clean & tidy inside Hide

Lovely house & well equipped, great location for exploring other areas, Ilfracombe itself and the high street is a little tired, but the harbour is lovely. *We accidentally left an item there & have tried contacting the owner (via holiday cottage & via text) to have this posted back to us at my expense, but the owner has ignored me. I'm sure its anRead morenoying if things are left behind every time someone stays but the lack of communication is quite rude. I would not stay again because of this. Hide

The house was lovely and clean however we had to wash up a few bits as they were dirty. The pans are Teflon so I think they could do with some new ones, maybe bring your own. The home itself was really pretty inside and everything is there that is needed. You are central to the high street and great access to the beach! Thank you for a lovely holidRead moreay Hide
