The bustling market town of Kelso (7 miles) is located by the banks of the bonnie River Tweed renowned for its salmon and trout fishing. Visit the towns Abbey and the wonderful Floors Castle, enjoy a day out at the races or play a round of golf at an array of local courses including the Roxburghe Championship Course.

Enter into the hall, the perfect place to store your outdoor clothing, through to the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a day out exploring the local area and admire the wonderful countryside views or enjoy a great film on the Smart TV with soundbar, and on those cooler evenings, light up the fantastic wood burner. We enjoyed out stay very quiet and peaceful the house was nice but needs a little TLC. That aside we would recommend a visit

Really enjoyed our stay here, the property is in idyllic location, for peace and quiet, easy reach of the beautiful town of Kelso.
