With a multitude of walks and cycle routes from the doorstep, the Lancashire Cycle Way, as well as the Morecambe to Bridleton cycle run, it is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. The popular Yorkshire Three Peaks are in easy reach, with Ingleton, approximately 5 miles away, as is the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail and White Scar Cave. With so much to see and do nearby, you will be spoilt for choice. The beautiful Lake District National Park is also only a short drive away with even more walks and stunning scenery for all the family to enjoy.
As you step inside this single-storey lodge, you will instantly feel at home in the welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a Smart TV so you can cosy up and watch a film in the evening. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you could need including an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. The dining area is ideal for socialising, you can sit at the dining table and enjoy a glass of wine whilst talking to the chef as they prepare a homecooked meal. Moving through to the bedrooms, there is one king-size and one twin bedroom, both sharing a separate shower room with a WC.
Externally, the property has a shared, lawned garden with a private patio area, with stunning views over Ingleborough and Whernside, and even the mountains of the Lake District in the distance. Sit and enjoy a BBQ whilst enjoying the breathtaking scenery. There is a shared tack room with a washing machine and cycle store, plus off-road parking for two to three cars.
