This charming property is ideally suited to couples who enjoy a relaxing holiday. It offers comfortable accommodation with easy access to the beach and surrounding countryside.

This charming getaway for two is located just a short distance from the ancient village of Pevensey. Pevensey Castle began its life as a Saxon Shore fort in the 4th century, and an impressive two-thirds of the original walls still stand, with the Norman parts being added after William the Conqueror’s invasion. The village of Pevensey Bay, 4 miles from the property, is home to a shingle beach which tends to be quieter than other local beaches and further along the coast, are the towns of Bexhill-on-Sea and Eastbourne with the Sovereign Harbour Marina, a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up.

Privacy is assured in this pleasant ground-floor studio annex which is attached to the owners own property. It features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area which is light and airy, with a comfortable sofa and armchair surrounding the SkyTV (full package and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime) for guests to enjoy after a busy day of sightseeing. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with a two-ring hob, microwave and fridge. Whip up a delicious meal before dining at the table with seating for two and enjoy a romantic meal. The property’s bedroom area has a double adjustable electric bed with views over the garden. The property is completed with a wet room that offers a walk-in shower and WC.

Outside, is an enclosed private garden to enjoy, with a table and chairs, great for summer entertaining. Private parking is available for one car.

Had a really enjoyable week, made even better by the good weather. We actually wanted to stay longer but unfortunately couldnt. But will definitely recommend and come back again. Xx
