A wonderful family-friendly property, located in the pretty south coast village of Netley, offering the benefit of an indoor swimming pool to enjoy.

This beautiful, detached property which boasts an indoor swimming pool, is situated in the delightful southern Hampshire village of Netley Abbey. Royal Victoria Country Park is close by and offers a variety of attractions to explore from the historic Royal Victoria chapel to the children’s play area. Check out the Royal Victoria Railway for a unique trip around the country park with amazing views across Southampton Water and surrounding parkland. A day trip to Southampton is a must, some say it’s the ultimate shopping destination on the South Coast and with an array of shops and a wide variety of dining options to choose from then, it's easy to see why.

You are welcomed into an open and welcoming hall on entering this property, the second lounge can be found first with the ground floor shower room and WC just beyond. Head into the lounge complete with TV, which also boasts access to the patio through the sliding patio doors, it’s a wonderful place for the whole group to gather and also benefits access to the indoor swimming pool, including its own shower room and WC. Head from the lounge through the internal sliding doors into the open plan kitchen/diner with a dining table large enough to accommodate the whole group, offering additional access to the garden via sliding patio doors. The kitchen comes complete with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and leads into the utility room with a washing machine and WC next door. Head up to the first floor where you will find all 4 bedrooms, master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room and WC, boasting views over the front garden, the family bathroom with bath and WC can be found opposite, with both double bedrooms featuring sinks and boasting views over the rear garden sits alongside each other, the final bedroom with king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) also features a sink benefits views over the front garden and drive. A cosy galleried landing area on this level makes for a great snug to sit and chill. Head downstairs from the entrance hall to the newly created games room and snug. This comes with a 4’ games table which comprises of table football, pool and air hockey, a dartboard, 42” smart TV and many other games to play.

Off-road parking for up to four cars is available on the gated driveway to the front of the house, with a laid-to lawn area featuring pretty plants and shrubbery. The rear garden offers a patio accessible from the lounge, dining room and swimming pool an ideal space to gather and enjoy the south coast climate, you will also enjoy the benefits of a large lawned area beside a pergola covered walkway leading to the end of the garden where you can gather around a quaint tree stump table and stools.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Beulah Lodge and everything came up to our expectations. The games room proved very popular with the footie fans in our family as they could watch the Euro's and play darts etc at the same time!

Excellent holiday house, great location, equipped with everything you need. Great communication with the house owner and the care taker when we did contact, Pool was brilliant we managed to teach my daughter how to swim without aids and build up her confidence with getting water over her face when she feel out of her rubber ring. A very comfortable home from home with everything you could want including a warm swimming pool. Three generations aged from 5 to 70 spent a brilliant week here. The house is in a great location for many attractions and plenty of information is provided by the owners. A really good house for a family getaway The pool was an exceptional asset for six adults and two children to play in ! They also loved the games room . A really nice property with the added facilities of the pool and games room which the family made good use of. The location was just perfect with Victoria country park on hand. A visit to Cherry wood cafe is well worth it. Just a couple of small issues with the fittings but overall a great place to stay in.

Thankyou again for another weekend at your lovely house. Celebrating 5 birthdays. As the same as last year cant wait to book for next year. The grandchildren look forward to it so much their on count down till next time. An amazing place for a family and friends get together. So much to do and everything nearby come rain or shine.

This is a great sized property, with 4 good sized double bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Adequate off-road parking is available at the property and it's only a short drive to the M27 and surrounding cities of Southampton and Portsmouth. Within walking distance is Victoria Country Park which is well worth a visit. The indoor swimming pool and gameRead mores room are a real bonus and we used them every day. My scores were only marked down due to one of the beds needing a new mattress. Overall, recommend! Hide

We had a fantastic stay over the Christmas period here. The bedrooms were all of a good size with lots of bathrooms to choose from around the house. The kitchen was well equipped - even for Christmas dinner for 9! The house is very close to Victoria country park which is brilliant for small children! Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Lovely base for a few days with family aged 12 to 79. Lovely touch with a welcome bottle of wine. Really comfortable beds. All used the pool which is a real bonus.

Had a really nice stay. Had everything we needed, clean, safe and warm. The extras were much appreciated such as loo roll, dishwasher/laundery tablets etc which we were not expecting. More than enough choice in walking distance if wanting to eat out.

This property was perfect for our October get away. On rainy days we utilised the swimming pool and games room and on nice days we visited local attractions. Everything was fantastic, kids were very well catered for. If I was to get super picky then a couple of robe hooks in the en-suite would have been useful. We have stayed in many properties over the years and Beulah Lodge was by far the best equipped. Thank you, we will definitely be booking again.

We had a week stay with family of 7 including 6 month old baby and grandparents. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for us, plenty of space. Private pool was lovely and warm We were lucky with the hot weather! Very well equipped for children with plenty of games. It was a nice extra having Disney+ and Netflix subscriptions on the TV. Beulah Lodge is a wonderful house for a family holiday. We have already recommended it to friends. Everyone enjoyed staying at Beulah Lodge. The pool was made good use of as were the games. The garden is charming too. A perfect house for a family holiday. My grandsons were in the pool every day and the games room was a real bonus. The house was very clean and well-equipped, and is located in a fairly quiet residential area, a short walk from the coast. A park, with an excellent children's playground area was close by. Beulah lodge was a lovely home to stay at for our vacation. We all felt at home and relaxed right away and all the children loved it. The pool was a complete success, as was the games room. 9 of us stayed there with ease, including 4 children under 6.

Quality accomodation with easy walking access to a couple of pubs, a reasonably sized Coop supermarket and cafes and takeaway restaurants. The heated indoor pool is clean, well maintained and is of a depth suitable children and adults who are not good swimmers. The kids loved it and swam every day. We were a family of grandparents, parents and children aged 5 months to 7. All age groups were were very well looked after with the facilities provided. Lovely space lovely garden. Quiet area. Lovely house set back from the road with beautiful gardens at the front and the back. Very spacious. Very clean. Brilliant pool (if slightly too cold). A new bed in the master bedroom upsatirs as it is very squeaky and not very comfortable. This is our second stay and the bed is getting worse. Turn the downstairs room into a full bedroom with a proper bed as it would be an excellent way to support people with mobility issues.

We had an amazing family weekend. Celebration of 4 birthdays. The children spent most of the time in the pool or in the games room. Also they brought their bikes and played in the garden. We will be booking again for next year.

Beulah Lodge is a very generous sized property with an indoor pool and is set in a lovely garden. The property is close to amenities and is a short walk to Royal Victoria Country Park and its seashore. There are numerous tourist attractions within the Southampton area and the New Forest is about a 30 minute drive away.

A delightful location, with close proximity of attractions and amenities. The house is warm and comfortable, We had takeaway delivered twice and the children loved the pool. Its a great place to revitalise and rest.
