Conveniently located holiday home for a large family group or friends. Woodlands at Penlan is a fantastic spot to explore all that Carmarthenshire and nearby Ceredigion have to offer.

This holiday home is situated in the popular Penlan Holiday Park. The park consists of woodland lodges, a child play area, and a swimming pool. There are woodlands walks available right by your door and nearby. Cenarth, with its beautiful waterfalls and riverwalk, is less than a mile away. The popular market town of Newcastle Emlyn is 4 miles away or you can travel further afield to Cardigan which can be reached in just under 10 miles. Cardigan bay and the beaches of Mwnt, Llangrannog and Aberporth are all easily reached, as are several wildlife reserves and the newly revamped and renovated Llys-Y-Fran Lake, with multiple activities for all ages.

Enter the property into a large hallway with the lounge, kitchen, a ground floor twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) bedroom and a separate WC coming off of it. The generously proportioned lounge/diner has a large L-shaped sofa, four comfy bean bags and a Smart TV for watching all your favourite programmes. The grand dining table has ample space for all guests and views out into the patio area and park. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all the utensils and crockery you would need to prepare a hearty meal on your holidays. Just off the kitchen is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a freestanding freezer. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed with an en-suite shower room with a double shower and WC. There is a further king-size bedroom and another twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a super-king-size on request), both with ample storage for guests’ belongings. The generously sized bathroom has a shower over a Jacuzzi bath and WC. It has plenty of room to get cleaned up after a busy day of exploring.

Outside the house, there is a small lawned area at the front and a gravel pathway that loops around the property's rear. The back garden is laid to patio and has an outside dining area to enjoy on sunnier day as well as a gas-heater to keep you warm on cooler evenings. There is parking for three cars on the driveway directly outside.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
