With breath-taking uninterrupted views across Perranporth and the beach, amenities on your door-step, social garden and hot tub, this really is the perfect retreat for families coming together.

With private access straight down onto the beach, this stunning property will not disappoint. Perranporth is located on the stunning North Cornwall coast. This ever-popular resort town has a pub directly on the beach, and its stunning beaches and waves are popular with tourists and locals alike. For the avid beachgoer, you can immerse yourself in the 3-mile-long stretch of golden sands. For walkers, escape to the South West Coast Path and enjoy walks to the east towards Newquay and west towards Gwithian, Carbis Bay, and St Ives. Take a short drive to the Eden Project or, for nature lovers, explore Sennen Cove, Land's End, and Mount's Bay. For those ever-important shopping trips, try the cathedral city of Truro and discover its many independent boutique stores.

Step inside from the front of this property into a light and welcoming entrance hall with plenty of space for kicking off your shoes and hanging up your coats after a day of exploring. From here, the property opens up into an open-plan lounge/diner that is perfect for catching up with loved ones whilst admiring the views across Perranporth. It's an incredibly social space so gather and have lunch with everyone at the dining table whilst listening to your favourite songs on the Bluetooth sound system. Laze on the sophisticated sofa, choose one of several armchairs and read a book in your peaceful surroundings or watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. Off the lounge/diner, you’ll find the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave so you can cook up a feast for all the family. A door leads to the utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate WC. From the lounge/diner on the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious twin bedroom with a Smart TV; there's a king-size bedroom to the rear of the property, and another king-size bedroom with huge windows taking in those stunning views across the whole town and beach. Lastly on the ground floor is a bathroom with a separate rainfall shower and attachment along with a WC. Upstairs, you’ll find a family bedroom with a king-size and a single day bed. This room also has a stylish en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower and a WC. Completing the first floor is a twin bedroom, again with superb views across the beach.

Step outside from the living space onto the stunning, decked terrace which maximises the views and is the perfect place to both unwind after a day of exploring this beautiful coastline, and to sit and socialise. A flight of steps with another seating area leads down to the beach, where you can sit with your furry friends and enjoy the seaside air and Cornish sunshine. Several steps lead up to a second terrace with a sunken hot tub in which you can relax whilst watching the sunset across the ocean. The outdoor shower is handy for when coming back from the beach. A beautiful location with easy access to the town and beach as well as a lovely garden area. We had a generous welcome basket which was a lovely touch. Some maintenance issues with the hot tub on our first day but this was resolved fairly quickly. We are planning to return next year!

A beautiful house with good location and beautiful sunset views. Steep steps/path to the beach. Village and supermarket within walking distance. You may need to provide your own toilet rolls and kitchen cleaning products including tea towels as these were not provided for us.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. We were a group of 9, aged between 7 and 74 and everyone had a wonderful time. The beach with its stunning sunsets is within direct access of the property (approx. 10 min walk across the sand to the sea at low tide). The town is also the same walking distance, with a decent sized co-op. The track down to theRead more beach/town is fairly steep and narrow in places.
