This three-storey townhouse has a homely feel and is a great place for a family or friends to stay within easy reach of the town, harbour, and local amenities.

In the town of Maryport you will find the Lake District Coast Aquarium with its cafe, crazy golf and children’s play area and the Wave Centre home to a Clip and Climb indoor climbing facility. This property offers walkers easy access to the Cumbria Coastal Way and golfers are catered for by the 18-hole course of the Maryport Golf Club which is nestled down the coast between the Solway Firth and the Cumbrian Fells. The unspoilt Solway Coast stretching east of Maryport has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is home to many species of wading birds. The bustling market town of Cockermouth and the Lake District National Park are both within 15 miles.

As you enter the house off the hallway you will step into the open-plan lounge/diner, this is a great social space, perfect to relax and catch up. There is a large dining table that seats the whole party and a TV in the lounge. Off the lounge, there is a separate WC and a spacious kitchen which is equipped with a Range electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Head up the stairs, and before the first floor you will come to a split level floor with the bathroom which has a bath, separate shower, and WC. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, a double and spacious twin and if you head up the second flight of stairs to the second floor you will find a further two bedrooms, a small twin bedroom, and a spacious king-size bedroom, it does have some restricted headspace in places due to the age of the building and the beamed ceiling.

There is a small sunny courtyard with a table and chairs that is accessed from the kitchen, this is a real suntrap to relax and enjoy a good book. There is private parking for one car on the drive at the front of the house and unrestricted roadside parking (subject to availability).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
