Taking its name from a children's book set on the beachfront, this property is centrally located for a fun-filled holiday. Just yards from the sandy beach, breath in the sea air and let your worries drift away. Set in the town of Thornton-Cleveleys, there are a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants to explore, as well as a cinema, gym, skate park and playing fields within walking distance. Blackpool is only 4 miles away where there are endless activities for all of the family to enjoy. Take a trip up the famous Blackpool Tower, visit the marine animals at Sea Life Blackpool or, for thrill-seekers, spend a day at The Pleasure Beach. With many delightful walks from the doorstep, why not explore the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, and Morecombe Bay.

On entering this wonderful holiday home, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall, perfect for leaving sandy flip flops after a day at the beach or coats and boots after a winter’s walk. Moving through to the games room, you’re welcomed into a space for all of the family to enjoy, with a double sofa bed, Smart TV/DVD player, air hockey, table football and a darts board. Next is the utility room with patio doors out to the terrace, a washing machine and a fridge, ideal for keeping chilled drinks handy whilst relaxing outside. To complete the ground floor is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Moving up the stairs you’ll find the bright and spacious first-floor open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with sliding doors and Juliet balcony to make the most of the stunning uninterrupted sea views. This is the hub of the house and the perfect space for all of the family to socialise, relax on the sofas or sit at the dining table and take in the wonderful scenery. The stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and an additional fridge/freezer. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms: a twin, a bunk bedroom and one double with fantastic views over the coast below. To complete the property is a shower room with shower and WC.

Stepping outside you are transported to a beautiful oasis with a built-in charcoal BBQ, terrace area and furniture. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy a glass of wine with loved ones, whilst making memories at this wonderful accommodation. There is off-road parking for three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Fantastic place and so well equipped. We are a family of 3 generations and there was something for everyone. Felt really looked after by the owners.

Beautiful cottage. Loved the first floor kitchen/lounge - beatiful view of the sea (and road). We booked for a leisurely holdiay and we got one. The Hot tub and the ambience was amazing - what we asked for. Plenty of beach side walks. If you are a "walking" person, the tower is about 3.5 miles away and we did it.
