This delightful rural cottage boasts direct access to the wonders of the New Forest, which includes some wonderful walking and cycling routes. Perfect for a romantic retreat.

A beautiful annexe located in the tranquil village of Sway, this cottage is an ideal setting for a couple’s escape with some wonderful attractions close by, from the sprawling walks available in the New Forest to a number of historic sites to explore. If a day out at the beach is more your style, then head on down to the coast where there is a selection of beaches to choose from. Enjoy a day out at the nearby historic town of Lymington where you can relish in a spot of afternoon tea in one of the town’s charming tea rooms or why not head to one of the local pubs and enjoy some classic pub grub.

Enter this spacious open-plan annexe into an open and airy space, where the sleeping area offers a king-size bed benefitting from views over the New Forest. The living area is an ideal space to sit and relax in front of the TV and the kitchen comes complete with an electric oven, two ring hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave with a dining table and chairs off to the side. The annexe also features a desk in the living area, which is ideal to sit at and either write or work, whilst you marvel at the wonderful views over the New Forest. Patio doors provide you access to the rear walled garden, and the shower room with WC completes this beautiful property.

The pretty walled garden at the rear is an ideal space to sit out and enjoy the climate of the south coast. Enjoy a morning coffee sat around the outdoor furniture whilst you plan the adventures of the day. Parking on the street to the front of the property is based on first come, first served.

Warm cosy place with good access to Forest convenient for Lymington and Boldre. Confirm revised directions do not go via Burley or approach Lyndhurst from North.

The cottage is in a wonderful location, close to a network of cycle paths and within a short distance to the sea. The accommodation is perfect - warm, clean and well equipped. The owners, who lives on site, are very friendly and helpful.

The spatial layout of the main areas work really well despite the compact room size. Equipment and furnishings are high quality. The outdoor terrace is secluded with some lovely shrubs bordering the seating area. An ideal holiday location for a couple and within easy reach of many New Forest attractions.

A lovely compact studio cottage, just right for a couple. Warm and cosy with a great aspect looking over the New Forest. A pretty private garden to sit in. Several local pubs in driving distance.

A comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting with friendly owners nearby. We loved the private walled garden with its wrought-iron gate.
