This beautiful detached stone barn has been lovingly converted with style and comfort in mind. Perfect for couples, small families and friends wanting a rural retreat in a sleepy Peak District village.

A walkers’ delight, this location is home to miles of scenic footpaths that meander through the rolling hills. The nearby popular village of Cromford, just 2 miles away, offers a fine selection of antique shops, cafes and pubs. Why not take a canal boat ride along Cromford Canal or visit Arkwright’s Mill, which is a World Heritage site? From Cromford, there is easy access to the High Peak Trail which is a favourite with walkers and is ideal for cycling. Step into the barn, take off your coat and boots and make yourself at home in the cosy lounge. Relax on the comfy seating, light the wood burner and chill out with your loved ones whilst admiring the beautiful rural views from the window. Cooking a meal in the kitchen is a delight with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Sit down with good company at the nearby dining table and plan the day's activities ahead. When you head upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin upon request), with a handy en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. You will also find a king-size bedroom with beautiful rural views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed patio with a hot tub perfectly placed to sink into and admire the rolling countryside views. There is outdoor dining furniture for a spot of al fresco dining during the warmer months. You will also find a patio to the front of the barn which catches the morning sun.
