Enter the property down some granite steps, through your personal entrance and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you are greeted with a spacious area with a feature fireplace and plenty of light. This room has a dining area where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the garden and plenty of comfortable seating where you can snuggle up and watch your favourite films on the smart TV. Moving through to the galley-style compact kitchen area, there is a 2 ring electric hob, combi microwave, and fridge. The light, modern shower room with shower and WC is the next room you will see, followed by the king-size bedroom that overlooks the rear garden.

Property was very damp and mouldy, serious health concern for guests. Too many air fresheners to try and reduce the smell. Shower tray did not drain.

Its a nice cottage but would have been better if the porch hadnt leaked in the rain wetting our bag and shoes left there ,the steps to the property had waste food left on them when we arrived and the passage to the front door had not been swept so there was leaves in the drain channel The property upstairs does produce noise so could be a problem iRead moref you dont know the people There is an ironing board but no iron,we were left a bag with 7 dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher Hide

Clean & tidy property, suitable for our little dog too. Handy location to shops & pubs, with Falmouth on your doorstep. Expect a lot of noise from flat above, walls are thin. Parking available but potential of being blocked in or out by people in flat above.

Property was very noisy if people in above- luckily they moved out on the Monday and no one else moved in, otherwise it could have been very difficult. Property was clean and tidy, the shower blocked on drainage. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment but there was no extraction so we kept setting the fire alarm off. The garden room apartment was superb and ideal for my wife and I. The gardens too were beautiful and we spent time out there relaxing. This apartment is excellent if, there is nobody staying in the above apartment. We had guests above us on our last night only and it was very noisy. This would have spoilt our stay had they been there all week.

Excellent location. Good accommodation for dog owners (although the neighbourhood cat is a great tease!). Spacious lounge/dining area with views onto a beautiful terraced garden. Comfy bed and bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Parking is through the double gates with room to turn in the parking area.

A sweet and comfortable little flat but could hear all foot fall from the upstairs neighbors. Parking is available but tricky through the gates into the parking area. The steps down to the garden flat were steep but manageable for young legs.

Nice place but not for in winter time. The apartment could be heated up to 18.5 degrees we needed help from 2 electric heaters. If the flat above is occupied then it can be very noisy. Kitchen is limited in space and equipment. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Garden is great in summertime.
