A fabulous two-bedroom property set within the grounds of the owners' farm, perfect for a countryside break with lovely rural views.

Discover this beautiful countryside retreat located close to the village of Templeton. Here, you are perfectly located to explore the gorgeous county of Devon and you can have the best of both worlds with its stunning coastline and dramatic moorland, leaving you spoilt for choice when it comes to exploring. Walkers will be amazed by the many routes they can choose from, whether it is from the doorstep or in the nearby Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. If you want to visit the beach, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Branscombe are well worth a visit. Closer to home, the town of Tiverton boasts a pretty canal and from here you can hire a barge for the day. There are also several National Trust properties in the area including Killerton and Knightshayes.

Step inside this wonderful property to find yourself in the ground-floor hallway which leads to both of the bedrooms. The first bedroom faces the front and features twin beds with a smart TV. The twin bedroom has a lovely en-suite shower room comprising of a walk-in shower cubicle and WC. To the back of the property is the second bedroom which features a four-poster king-size bed and Smart TV. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle and WC, and has access to the garden to open up the space for some fresh, countryside air. Moving upstairs, you will find the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a light and spacious area complete with rural views. The living room has comfortable seating for all guests and makes the perfect spot to put your feet up after a day of walking, in front of the Smart TV. The dining space is conveniently located next to the kitchen making it a great place for a homecooked meal. The well-equipped kitchen comprises an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There is also a useful utility room that houses a washing machine and has an additional sink and WC.

Moving outside, there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property which is a great space to soak up some sun or allow your dog to stretch their legs. There is allocated parking in front of the property for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We would definitely recommend this location the people on the farm were more than helpful in giving us details of where to go what to see looking forward to next year.
