Also within easy reach are the popular destinations of Ambleside, Grasmere, Coniston and Ulverston, making this cottage the perfect base from which to explore some of the treasures of the Lake District.

The kitchen/diner is the main focal point of the house, where you will spend all your time, with bifold doors to the patio that allow the room to enjoy the best of both worlds. There is also an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Outside, there is a patio area with a charcoal BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco, with seating to enjoy views of the falls behind. There is also the added bonus of a wonderful second patio area further down, which is secluded and hidden away with seating.
