A nice cottage with a 'homely' feel. Accessibility is not ideal and maybe unsuitable for the infirm.

Its a lovely quaint cottage set within walking distance to paths into the woods. A beaver enclosure is a 20 minute walk away too which was an added bonus. A village pub where everyone was so welcoming was a bonus too. Great location for surrounding attractions.

A great base for local bike rides and walks. We arrived on Valentines Day and were pleasantly surprised by chocolates, cakes, wine and rose petals on the beds!!! Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Owners were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our bikes in their lock up. Would definitely return.

Pleasant cottage in a handy location for visiting and exploring the Forest of Dean. Useful to have a reserved parking space nearby. Clean, comfortable and with all the expected equipment although wi-fi was a bit patchy. Only concern was the top of the stairs where caution needs to be taken on the way down.

Nikkie and Anita were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. The outside steps and internal staircase would not be suitable for older or infirm guests. This is a wonderful hub to explore the Forest of Dean, the river Seven and the river Wye valleys.
