The area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists with many tracks and trails straight from the doorstep, including Wayoh and Entwistle reservoirs which you cross on approach to the property. The nearby train station is also within a 2-minute walk with direct trains to Manchester or to the quaint market town of Clitheroe. For those wanting to venture slightly further afield, both the Yorkshire Dales and Peak District National Parks are within easy reach.

Absolutely beautiful home with an amzing view. The hosts were extremely friendly and considerate. and the area is just stunning. Would definitely stay again!

Just back form a lovely week at Theos place. We loved the high quality furnishings and bedding, the white company, Christys etc. The hot tub was fantastic! The annex is in a wonderful location for dog walks and everywhere we went were happy to lets us have a drink or eat with the dog. The strawbury duck pub is only 400 steps away. This is basement flat in a lovely rural locations for a visit and there is a good walk with the dog very nearby. Most other things are a drive away and we were happy to travel. Great facilities and friendly host. This is a new let so everything 100% perfect and I imagine Sara will keep it that way.

A lovely place which is well equipped, nicely decorated, very cosy and immaculately clean. We really enjoyed our stay, with the highlight being the large hot tub and scenic walks. Would highly recommend as a couples holiday

To put it simply an outstanding accommodation! This accommodation was in a beautiful location, with a view you would never get tired of waking up to!
