Conveniently situated in the village of Newport, within walking distance of the local shop, takeaways and pubs. The charming market town of Howden is nearby where you can walk the ancient streets and browse the many quaint shops and cafes. Beverley is also within easy reach, offering historic sites, such as Beverley Minster, and a wealth of shops and eateries. Just a short drive away is the medieval city of York, a great day out for all of the family. Visit the National Railway museum, York Art Gallery and the popular Jorvik Viking Centre. For a day at the beach, explore the wonderful Yorkshire coast or, for keen walkers and cyclists, head up into the Howardian Hills AONB and North York Moors.

A spacious entrance hall welcomes you into the property with a large lounge/diner on the left, the perfect space for all of the family to socialise, relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the Smart TV or sit at the dining table and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day exploring. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to rustle up a meal, including an electric double oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Through the kitchen is the main hub of the house, the open-plan lounge/games room with pool table and treadmill.  There are large bi-folding doors that open out from the lounge to the patio area, flooding the room with light. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a shower room with WC. Heading upstairs there are five good-sized bedrooms consisting of one king-size with sofa, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower room and WC, three double (all with tvs'), one with en-suite shower room and WC and one triple bedroom with three single beds. To complete the interior of this wonderful home is a family bathroom with a roll-top bath, shower cubicle and WC.

Heading outside you will find a spacious patio area with plenty of seating for all of the family. It is the perfect place to relax in the sun and enjoy a BBQ. There is ample off-road parking.

This house was excellent for a four generation family. It was very well equipped. We managed to sit outside a couple of times and the patio would be great during hot weather. It's position was good to get to attractions.

Loved the house, it was immaculate and well designed. Great for a family retreat with 3 households attending with grandparents, kids and dogs. It was like winning the lottery for a week.

Baysgarth was an excellent place to stay. The house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. House is large with excellent kitchen with all the facilities you would need for making a large family meal. The games area with bifold doors on to the decking area with plenty of seating is an excellent area for eating and children playing. Fantastic house with no expense spared. Fully equipped kitchen had us cooking breakfast and evening meals. The flow of the downstairs was brilliant for our group of 10 adults (2 families). Opening the lounge double doors into the kitchen and games room, gave us lots of space. Similarly we could shut the lounge doors and enjoy a film in the evening,Read more whilst people played pool and board games in the other seating area. absolutely amazing property was a lovely weekend everything we wished for would definitely stay again plenty of room and a real cosy feel as well in such a large property nice and quiet as well would highly recommend for a large group of people.

The house is amazing with everything you need in it its beautiful. Absolutely lovely time with our families celebrating my husband's 60th birthday grandchildren loved it and so did we thank you for giving us memories to cherish.
