This lovely bungalow is situated in a peaceful rural location, offering a welcoming village pub, a local shop and a butcher. Within walking distance is a play park, skate park, tennis court, and all-weather football pitch. A short drive away are golden sandy beaches that rival any in the world such as Crantock where you can go crab fishing in the river, the expanse of the popular Perranporth, and the legendary surfing beach of Fistral. Take time to explore both of Cornwall's coastlines from the rugged north shore to the picturesque south, with its ancient harbours and coves. Keen walkers can enjoy an abundance of walks and you will find many fine sandy beaches. Other attractions and places of interest include the cathedral city of Truro, Dairyland, Newquay Zoo, Lappa Valley Steam Railway and Screech Owl Sanctuary. The Eden Project is also a short journey away

Enter into the large hallway which has space for hats and coats. Turn left into the large and light open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area has a centre island and comes complete with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/tumble drier and large American-style fridge/freezer - this room really does have the wow factor. Moving through to the dining area, you will find a fantastic large bay window overlooking the garden with a beautiful dining table and chairs, the perfect spot to eat and socialise with family and friends. There is a wood burner in this room with soft seating where you can relax and enjoy a drink whilst people cook. Head through to the conservatory which is a lovely and bright sunny room with soft seating and leads out onto the garden. Another fabulous room off the kitchen/diner is the snug, complete with a Smart TV and a games console, a great place for the children (and some adults) to chill out. Moving back out to the hallway in the other direction is the sleeping accommodation. You'll find four great bedrooms: one twin and three king-size bedrooms, all with Smart TVs. There are two bathrooms: one bathroom with a bath, separate shower and a WC, and one shower room with a WC.

Outside, you have a well-established garden full of colourful plants and parts laid to lawn. There's also a patio area with garden furniture and a private hot tub, the perfect spot for relaxing after a day exploring Cornwall's coast and countryside. There is private off-road parking for three cars with additional parking on the roadside, should you need it, subject to availability

We had a wonderful weeks stay at Cherry Trees. The house is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The nearby beaches are stunning and we visited Crantock, Perranporth and Fistral, Newquay. We also took a trip to Truro which we enjoyed. Theres lots to see and do nearby so we would highly recommend staying at Cherry Trees.

A lovely bungalow in a great location. The local pub had a great atmosphere and is in walking distance, although service is a little slow so book times carefully with children. The beaches at Holywell, Polly Joke and Crantock are amazing. The hot tub was clean and checked regularly.

Cherry Trees is a beautiful bungalow in a lovely friendly little village. It's modern, bright and open plan with everything you need. We had a delicious Sunday lunch at the Pheasant pub and found the butchers and local shop very useful and welcoming. Would highly recommend Cherry Trees.
