This stunning barn conversion is ideally located to explore both the north and south coasts of Cornwall, plus Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor and the Tamar Valley.  The immediate area is a haven for wildlife and walkers can enjoy some picturesque strolls direct from the property. If you enjoy the sea head south to the famous fishing town of Looe (17 miles) or pretty  Polperro (22 miles) or north to Bude (28 miles) or spectacular Hartland Point (38 miles).  Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the world famous Eden Project (30 miles), Tamar Otter Park, Adrenaline Quarry and the Camel Trail.

Enter this reverse level property at the lower level into a hallway, with hanging and storage space. You will find the three bedrooms on the ground level - the master bedroom with en suite shower room and king size bed, a further comfortable king size room plus a twin room.  The spacious family bathroom has a large bath, separate shower, sink with light up mirror and WC.  Head upstairs via the grand staircase which opens up in to the stunning open plan living space, making the most of the wonderful, countryside views from both sides.  The lounge area has comfortable seating, a smart TV and a wood burner. In the centre of this upper space is a large dining table with plenty of space for a sociable meal, a breakfast bar with seating separates the stylish and fully equipped kitchen , which has everything you need to prepare a feast with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.  Completing this floor is a handy utility room with washer/dryer and an upstairs WC.

Access the beautiful enclosed patio area via external steps, re-build with the stone from the original outside staircase. Descend in to a large, private area with furniture perfect for al fresco dining - there is also a fire pit which doubles up as a BBQ. There is private, off-road parking for three cars to the front of the property.

We had high expectations from from the reviews and images , and we were not disappointed. The barn exceeded what we expected. Everything about about it oozed quality and comfort. So peaceful with super views. The sunrise and sunset were stunning. Grampy's Barn was a real hidden gem and we will certainly return. The barn has been renovated to a really high standard with no compromise on comfort or quality.
