This third floor apartment is accessed via a communal staircase, there is also a lift that guests may use but this is not managed by the owners. The property has recently been refurbished and it’s bright and airy throughout. Set in the eaves, each window in this apartment offers magnificent views across to the surrounding fells and beyond. A central hallway is the perfect place to hang your coats before heading through to the living/dining room. Take a seat on one of the comfortable sofas and switch on the Apple TV to enjoy a movie night together. Gather around the four-seater dining table for a delightful meal. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and a slimline dishwasher for your convenience. Take a look out of the kitchen window and see the fell of Latrigg and the mountain, Skiddaw. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with shower and WC. As well as this, there is a twin room and family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Designated parking for one car is available in the apartment block’s car park, and there is on-street parking nearby should you need to bring a second car. Being in the centre of Keswick town, you’ll only be 100 metres from the nearest pubs and shops.
