Keswick is only 1 mile away, with a lovely selection of independent shops and its Theatre by the Lake where you can get involved in the local art scene. Keen walkers will love the variety of great summits, with Catbells and Skiddaw in reach, as well as the Coledale Horseshoe.

The kitchen/diner is a sociable space and is well-equipped with all of the essentials for family cooking, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Eight people can sit comfortably around the dining table, and there is a small seating area by the sliding patio doors. The living room is equally spacious, with large comfortable sofas and a rustic coffee table that complements the exposed wooden beams. Settle down by the wood burner with your family and watch some TV. On the ground floor, there is also a convenient shower room with a shower cubicle and WC. Head upstairs to the three attractive bedrooms, including two king-size and one bunk room which has four adult-size beds. The family bathroom is stylish and spacious, with a relaxing spa bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC.
Outside the cottage, you’ll find a patio at the front and rear of the property, with a BBQ and chiminea perfect for al fresco dining, as well as an enclosed pretty lawn area at the back perfect for dogs to explore. There is ample private, off-road parking for two cars.
