This wonderful one-bedroom annexe is ideally located in the beautiful seaside resort of Sandown. There is so much to explore on the Isle of Wight and this makes for a great base. Other novel attractions include the Garlic Farm Shop and Cafe (5 miles), Amazon World Zoo (3.5 miles) and Adgestone Vineyard (2.6 miles). There are plenty of walking and cycling routes for the adventurous and active, or if you are more of a water sports enthusiast, head on down to Sandown Beach where there is an array of activities to choose from.

In the dining area there is a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a lovely evening meal or a spot of breakfast in preparation for a busy day. The bedroom offers a double bed and small Smart TV and benefits from two sets of patio doors for additional access out to the garden. The bathroom with shower over a whirlpool bath and WC complete this property. The annexe is located beneath the owners own home, although privacy is assured.

We couldn't have chosen better. Emily is lovely and so helpful. We were so grateful to her for all the guidance as to local facilities, transport, places to visit, etc. &, as we're walkers, her knowledge of landslips & closed paths across the island saved us a lot of problems. The cottage is in a lovely peaceful area, yet close to everything. It isRead more fully equipped, clean, comfortable and warm. Like a home from home, with red squirrels & a sauna. We definitely recommend Bay Springs, Sandown. Hide

We had a very nice week at Bay Springs. The flat was ideally located within walking distance of town, beach etc and was clean and well-equipped with plenty of storage. The washing machine and dryer also came in handy. We would certainly recommend.

Lovely compact cottage (annexe) that is very well equipped, very comfortable and is in an excellent location (quiet but still only 10 min walk to the beach). Loved the red squirrels in the garden every day and would have used the sauna more if it hadn't been so hot outside during our stay. Just one tip if using satnav: search for 'resevoir lane' anRead mored not 'bay springs the paddock' like we did, as the Paddock is a different road somewhere else on the island. Overall great value for money. Hide

The cottage is lovely, the decor is fresh and up-to-date. The sauna and whirlpool bath are nice touches, and we made good use of them. Could sit and watch the red squirrels in the garden all day, but did get out somtimes! The beach is a 10 min walk.
