Beautifully presented, two-bedroom family holiday home within easy reach of Tenby's North Beach and town centre attractions.

The property is located down a quiet side street off one of the main access routes into Tenby. Tenby's North Beach is just over 500 yards away and you can be in the centre of town in 700 yards. Tenby is a bustling seaside resort with plenty of independent shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Head down to the harbour and sample the local seafood or take a boat trip out to beautiful Caldey Island and spend the day on the beach there.

As you enter the property you are welcomed into an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge is equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV. There are two comfortable sofas to sit on and watch your favourite TV show or stream movies at the end of a busy day at the seaside. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave, plus an excellent stock of basic crockery and utensils to prepare your meals with. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar and plan out your days exploring the beautiful beaches that Tenby has to offer. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find a double bedroom and a twin room. Both have storage for clothing and belongings to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The shower room with a shower cubicle and WC is also located on the first floor.

There is no outside space provided with this property, with the exception of a small bin store, however, there are four beaches to choose from, all within easy reach of the property. There is some on-street parking subject to availability. If necessary, the nearest public car park is 500 yards away, charges apply.
