Lovely cottage but furniture old and could do with an update (sofa/chairs) kitchen modern. Stairs very narrow, steep, spiralled so if you're unsteady on your feet or semi disabled I wouldn't recommend. A wonderful cottage in a lovely small village. Really beautifully furnished and well equipped. Comfy beds. Lovely fire (but the weather was too hot for us to use though). Excellent location - 5 minutes from the pub, chip shop and the common for beautiful walks. Very helpful hosts who kindly went above and beyond when I left things behind.

The photos don't do the cottage justice, they don't show the hug the cottage gives you when you open the door, or the warmth and homeliness. Perfect location, well equipped and oh so quiet. No problems with parking, didn't want to come home.
