A simply stunning Cornish retreat with superb interiors and a large garden to enjoy. This is a perfect property in a great location for families and friends alike.

Located in the magical village of Kingsand nestled on Cornwall’s South Coast, the property is close to stunning beaches and a selection of pubs and restaurants. A trip across on the Cremyll Ferry is a must to discover the foodie’s paradise that is the Royal William Yard or explore the Barbican area of Plymouth by catching the ferry direct from Cawsand beach. This is the most sheltered beach for paddleboarding and canoeing due to its shallow waters and location. Nearby is the historic Mount Edgcumbe with its 865-acre estate, café and gardens. Attractions in the area include the National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, Adrenalin Quarry, The Monkey Sanctuary, the Ski Centre and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro.

Enter through the main entrance and into this deceivingly vast tardis of a property. Outside is a very generous garden with a lawn, patio area with garden furniture as well as a wonderfully large, decked area complete with lounge furniture, making it a great place to have a BBQ or morning coffee. You can offload your belongings outside the property on Green Lane and then parking can be found at Kingsand Car Park for a charge of £25 for the week, you can also find parking at Jackman's meadow a 5 minutes walk from the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
