Set in the seaside town of Bude, this contemporary top-floor apartment offers beaches just a stone’s throw away, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the property.

This apartment is set at the end of Crooklets Beach and within a short walk of Summerleaze Beach sea pool (500 metres) along with various shops, restaurants, galleries, cafes and bars. Directly outside the property is the South West Coast Path, which offers spectacular walking in either direction. There is also Maer Lake wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve offering some lovely scenery within a 500-metre stroll. With the town being conveniently located off the A39, this is a great spot for touring both Devon and Cornwall and days out could include visits to The Eden Project (40 miles), the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly (17 miles), Boscastle (15.5 miles), Port Isaac (26.5 miles), Rock (31.5 miles) and Padstow (36.5 miles).

This top-floor apartment has a fully equipped kitchen offering gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. This airy space is perfect for cooking up a hearty meal. Next door is a WC and separate shower room with basin. Continue up a couple of stairs to a light and bright landing area with Velux windows and a space to dine, a lovely spot to have breakfast or a morning coffee. The lounge leads off this landing and has fabulous natural light flooding in and great sea views from the large windows. This room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV as well as a games console, great for entertainment on a rainy day. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first, a spacious super-king-size room which can be made up as a twin on request, offers lots of storage space and a dressing table. The second bedroom is a bunk room which boasts sea views from the large windows.

Outside is a small area laid to lawn. There is free street parking on the road outside the flat, or on very rare occasions (and not usually required) there is a pay and display parking in the beach carpark close by

A perfect location, clean and tidy, watch out for low beams though. Would highly recommend, the views are spectacular

The location is perfect and we totally fell in love with it. Views out are superb and we enjoyed evenings sat by the window with a drink just taking it all in, watching the sun set and the surfers. We spent every day at the beach and walking into the town- Supermarket a short walk away too. Beach cafe was lovely and la bocca pizza. Our boys aged 7 Read moreand 5 loved it and enjoyed body boarding and climbing over the rocks. Beds really comfy and flat very well equipped. Loved every second and miss it! Hide

Absolutely perfect in every way! (and I work in hospitality as a guest house proprietor). I mean, it's right on Crooklets Beach, the complimentary tea/coffee/hot choc and biscuits, the use of body boards and wet suits - exceeded my expectations! Plenty of towels, soap...PS3, Sound thingy (lol) - but that view omg! I miss it already.

This property is a must visit its is stunning. The layout is perfect for a couple and a small family, the amount of equipment is amazing from games to wetsuits....... Great kitchen separate toilet and shower room, well laid out bedrooms and a lounge with stunning views the best ever UK break we have had.
