You will access the property through the porch door and enter the hallway which leads you into the cosy lounge where you will be able to relax on the comfy sofas and watch a film on the Smart TV. There is a feature fireplace with a wood burner-effect electric fire. There is a separate dining room with a large table to enjoy sociable breakfasts and dinners together and, on the cooler evenings, you’ll want to light the wood burner and enjoy a cosy evening in watching something on the TV/DVD and relaxing on the two comfy chairs. Patio doors lead into the garden from here. From the dining room, you will enter the kitchen which has everything you need including an electric oven with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate WC just off the kitchen. Leading off the kitchen is a separate conservatory with seating. There are four bedrooms set over two floors. The bedroom on the second floor is set in the eaves and has a double bed, while on the first floor are three bedrooms: a king-size, a single and a double. Also on this floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a WC.
