This traditional first-floor apartment is located within a cobbled courtyard surrounded by the vast grounds of a beautiful manor house with an extensive history. There is even a cafe on the doorstep. Ramble across the South West Coast path from Mousehole to Lamorna Cove, just 3 miles away. Penzance is just over a mile away with its multitude of shops, pubs, 1930s Lido and wonderful seafront walks. Newlyn is an equal distance away where you can experience a truly Cornish community and buy some freshly caught fish. Visit the working mine museums of Levant and Geevor, both within 7 miles, which gives visitors an insight into how big the tin mining industry was in the area.

From the courtyard, head up the communal staircase to the apartment. You'll be welcomed with a light open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The kitchen area has everything you'll need to create a meal for the family including electric oven and gas hob, microwave and under counter fridge. The dining area has seating for four with sash windows overlooking the courtyard and cafe below. Relax on one of two comfy sofas and watch the TV after a day exploring. Heading through the hallway, you'll find the bedrooms. The king-size has plenty of storage and an en-suite WC. The twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) has high ceilings and plenty of storage too. Lastly, the contemporary family shower room has a shower and WC.
Outside there are extensive formal gardens and lawns where you can explore wildlife in tranquillity. Enjoy a picnic in the orchard or take your four-legged friend for a walk amongst the meandering pathways. There is parking for two cars in the car park next to the courtyard.

Our second visit. Wonderful location, very convenient for the tip of Cornwall & easy access to Newlyn. Enjoyed the use of the cafe directly beneath us. Hope to come again.
