The perfect seaside escape tucked away in the picturesque Widemouth Bay, this home boasts 2 miles of golden sands right on it’s doorstep. The perfect getaway for small families.

With it’s sweeping stretch of golden sand, Widemouth Bay is widely regarded as one of North Cornwall’s top beach destinations. Being just 0.3 miles from the beach itself, this property allows you to indulge in this delight with great convenience. Further afield are an array of other fun-filled ventures to be had, including visits to the ever popular Boscastle and Bude, both under 12 miles away. Or even take the short trip into North Devon and visit the Milky Way Adventure park which is just under 20 miles away.

Coming through the front entrance to this annex you will come through the initial corridor and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts comfortable seating for four guests and has the added benefit of a Smart TV (no channels, only Wi-Fi apps) so you can relax and watch your favourite movies after long days at the beach. Here also are French doors which lead straight out to the shared back garden. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine to treat yourself to a nice hot brew at your desire. From the kitchen you will find the utility cupboard with all the essentials to keep on top of the day to day life of holidaying. Making your way back through the corridor you will firstly come to the master bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space. This room also has direct access into the living area. You will then continue onto the twin bedroom which is situated just inside the front entrance. Lastly inside the annex is the family shower room, complete with a rainfall shower and WC.

Heading outside to the rear of the property is the shared back garden with private patio area, outdoor seating and a BBQ to cook up a storm in those summer months. To the front of the annex is private parking with space for two cars.
