The country-style kitchen has a lovely breakfast table and a useful range of equipment including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. The ground floor also has a WC and a utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The pine open-tread staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor where you will find the three spacious, cosy and tastefully decorated bedrooms. There’s a double room and a twin room to the front of the cottage, plus a charming single to the back, all with plenty of storage space. The twin room also benefits from an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The family bathroom is also on this floor, with a freestanding roll top bath and WC.

Wooden double-glazed doors open from the lounge and out to the back yard with patio furniture where you can enjoy a morning coffee as you plan the day’s events. Roadside parking is available for two cars.

Lovely location and very spacious, there is everything you need in the accommodation. You are right on the edge of the town in a very quiet lane with open fields and plenty of walks from the doorstep. 2 minute walk into high street for a drink and plenty of places to eat.
