An inviting holiday property for four set in an enviable position in Tywyn, just metres from the beach and with excellent access to picturesque Snowdonia National Park.

While away hours at this special holiday home just gazing out to sea and looking for dolphins. Set right opposite the sandy beach in Tywyn, the two-bedroom cottage sleeps four people and two small dogs and is ideal for anyone wishing to be able to stroll straight out from home to swim or relax on the sand. Enjoy your proximity to the shops and eateries of the seaside town. From here, walk 4 miles along the Wales Coast Path to Aberdyfi, with its gorgeous beach. Venture into the Snowdonia National Park, where you can follow footpaths and trails, go climbing and see the scenic Dolgoch Falls, 5.5 miles from your cottage.

Open the front door and step inside to find this holiday home has a creative upside-down design. Discover both your double bedrooms are at ground-floor level, together with the bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and handbasin. Climb the stairs to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax in here and take in the views. Pull open the glass doors on warm days and step out on to the balcony. Watch the Smart TV for a while, then think about whipping up something tasty in the kitchen area, where you have an electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle and toaster, plus a washing machine. Dine together at the table, then take your coffee out onto the balcony.

Sit out on the patio to the front of the house and watch the action on the beach and look out across the water. Enjoy an even more impressive view from the glass-fronted, south-facing balcony, where you can sip a cocktail and watch the sun set. The property has private parking for one car.

Hi, The are only a couple of minor items - coat hooks in the entrance hall & grab rail to get in and out of the bath.

Excellent base to explore this area. Used the Cambrian Line Ranger ticket to visit Porthmadog, Barmouth and Machynlleth. Took the Talyllyn steam train and then used the car to potter. Lovely restaurants nearby. Millie and Sids and Proper Gander provided high quality dining, we also enjoyed The Slipway and breakfast at the Talyllyn. Loved our break Read moreand we will be back. Lovely location with great views to front and back (weather dependant). Close to Tywyn, good position to get to Cambrian Railway, local buses and the Talyllyn Railway. Fundamentals of the house are fine.

Wow! What an incredible holiday we had! The location of this property is phenomenal! We had a dog and a 14 month old and they were both in their element. They could be free on the beach all day and come back to a comfy home. Tywyn is a small town but the beach makes it! We also loved the steam train, highly recommended. The big plus is that you could not have a cottage that was any nearer the sea.The cottage itself is ideal , but Tywyn as a town is very dull.

The property is lovely in aspect and comfort. It is beautifully furnished and we enjoyed staying there. However, we were instructed to leave strip beds and put all linen and towels in bin bags. They did not leave enough and also left no dishwasher tabs. TV signals were also poor.

It is great that the property is dog friendly but, unfortunately the garden isnt. It would be better if the garden was enclosed thus making it safe for our pets. Finally, the bolt on the gate is rusted and therefore cannot be used.

Beautiful views from this upside down house. Don't be put off by the approach, the other side of the property awaits! Easiest access to the beach walk way that we've encountered. Very comfortable, though our weather wasn't too good, we had a lovely rest & recharged our batteries. Well positioned for shops & amenities.

Pebbles is a lovely house in just the most amazing position. Really close to the beach. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Great if you have a dog. We have stayed three times and are planning our next visit.

Beautiful property, lovely furnishing. Looking out to sea morning and night is totally relaxing and the location is very quiet and peaceful. The sunsets were amazing to see. Despite mixed weather, we had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay at "Pebbles". As the high holiday ratings imply, the comfort, high spec of all the furniture and fittings added to the superb location overlooking the sea made it a very enjoyable stay. Beautiful well equipped cottage with amazing views from the balcony over the sea and sands. It was such a relaxing holiday well located on the coast making it easy to travel to other seaside towns. We had a great time at this lovely upside down house with our kids and dog. The beach is literally a stone's throw away. The sea is quite calm in good weather so you can paddle board, sea kayak and we spotted dolphins! What a beautiful property! We visited with our toddler and had everything we needed. Location is brilliant to keep the kids tired hunting for rocks on the beach and the upside down design is perfect for throwing them straight into the bath! Such a calm and relaxing place, would highly recommend and would likely book again!

Fantastic beach front home thats clean and very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring the coast from with well connected public transport and a beautiful view to start and end your day to. You will need to take highchair/cot/cutlery if travelling with small children.
