The lounge has sofas, Smart TV, and an electric wall-mounted fire; there is also a dining table for two. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. Across the hallway from the lounge is the bright double bedroom and along the hall is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside from the cottage, there is a shared garden with seating overlooking the Borrowdale Valley and fells. There is private parking for one vehicle in the small car park just 25 metres from the property; you can park at the front of the cottage to unload and load your car.

Well appointed (though no washer) and everything working. Small but comfortable & well placed away from crowds, yet near enough to Keswick. This valley is one of the best withiut doubt.
